Scott came out and diagnosed the problem.  He contacted the owner Ron and Ron said he would have to order a new furnace and because it was so cold out he dropped off some wood so we could stay war.  They were out the next day and put in the new furnace.

Just want to touch base with you on our furnace and Air Conditioner installation.  We cannot say enough for your technicians and their helpers.  They were very professional and knowledgeable.  They answered all my questions so I could understand them and when they left everything was clean. Kudos to Scott and Ed and their helpers.

We were leaving on vacation and our furnace went out at 5:30AM! Dropped off our key at our corner store. Called Ron at Wise Heating and Cooling Inc. He told us “Don’t worry, go on your trip, we will take care of everything!” And they did! What a relief and so good to know a trusting and reliable business to deal with.
